Leslie Kahn-Bell, RN, BSM
 President
I have been in the healthcare industry since 1985. I began as a nurses aid, completed LPN school at the Dayton School of Practical Nursing, then completed my Associates of Science in Nursing Degree from Ivy Tech State College in Richmond Indiana and received my RN. In 1998 I returned to school and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Richmond Indiana. My nursing background includes long-term care, hospital nursing, pediatric nursing, home care, county health care, and case management. I worked for a national staffing company for a couple of years but did not like the sales-driven mentality and it completely conflicted with my core values of putting people before profit. Which consequently led to my decision to start Cirrus Concept Consulting so that I can run a business built on honesty and integrity.
Dale Bell, RN
 Vice President
I entered the healthcare field in 1980’s serving in a variety of capacities including 3 years of physicial training and 3 years of nursing. I am a graduate of Sinclair Community College in Dayton with an Associates of Science in Nursing. My nursing experience includes; ER, Surgery, Ortho, Urology, Tele, ICU, Transplant and Float Pool Nurse at University Hospital, Cincinnati and previous to that a variety of hospitals in the Dayton and surrounding areas. In addition, in 2003 I played a key role in the development and start up of the temporary staffing division. In 2005 I started the Medical Business Office Division servicing the Dayton and surrounding areas with qualified medical business office professionals and medical assistants. I also am responsible for overseeing the outside marketing and sales for the company. Finally, I invented and hold the patent for a lifting device that attaches to the seat of a wheelchair. I currently oversee Cirrus Concept Design in its development of the functional prototype and soon the final manufacturing and marketing for the device.
Rhonda Fogle
 Sr. Account Manager/Recruiter
I have been in the healthcare industry for 13 years. I worked for an HMO for five years as a Commercial Group Service Representative servicing large client organizations. I joined the healthcare staffing industry in 1999 where I have actively serviced and recruited Medical Business Office clients and consultants which also includes two years of Finance/Accounting and Information Technology recruiting in the Commercial and Government sectors. I have received multiple awards for my level of service and commitment to my clients and consultants. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you!
